Currently, Fairex Global is launched in Few Countries only and will be launching in other countries soon.

How does Fairex Global work?

Fairex is a  services aggregator/Hyper local platform and works with licensed and vetted partners in the space enabling on demand delivery services for and not limited to services related to home, financial etc.

Who do I contact in case of any concern about a transaction?

What is a Fixed fee?

The fixed includes charges associated with a transaction levied by partners for offering services to you in the likes of

• Site Visit or Handling charges
• any other Misc charges mutually agreed by partners and customers

What is a Delivery (Static) fee?

The Delivery Fee are the charges for the onsite delivery of services availed by user and is applicable only for Delivery of services  

Can I trust Fairex Global’s partner vendors for safe and secure services?

Yes, all the Partners listed on the platform are vetted and licensed service providers and  undergo Fairex Platform onboarding with complete due diligence

How do I know what is the best option among listed Vendors?

Compare multiple vendors in the best way for your transfer in terms of cost and timings, services, ratings, referrals, keeping in mind the type of services you are requesting

How long does it take for my service requested to be addressed?

Once the vendor/partner confirms the service order, the transaction would be processed and addressed as per availability of the partner and they will connect with you and ensure the services are provided on time.

How can I locate nearest available service provider?

Most of our service providers are local providers or have coverage of service in your area or may work with other partners.  .
